About Me

I am an African American woman. I grew up in southern Virginia but have lived in Massachusetts for most of my adult life. I am a writer and photographer. Through writing and photography, I try to capture moments and tell stories. Inspiration comes from many sources and continues to evolve as I grow older. My current inspirations are nature, friends and family … and food!

FYI, the camera I primarily use is a Sony Cybershot, 8.1 megapixels, with a 10x optical zoom. I’ve also started playing with the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS19 as a camera I can easily slip in and out my pocket. In the future I hope to invest in a Nikon or Canon SLR. Still doing my research. We’ll see …
