I am an African American woman. I grew up in southern Virginia but have lived in Massachusetts for most of my adult life. I am a writer and photographer. Through writing and photography, I try to capture moments and tell stories. Inspiration comes from many sources and continues to evolve as I grow older. My current inspirations are nature, friends, family and food. And, after working part-time in a church for nearly ten years, I have turned my lens to stained glass windows and the stories of their makers.
