I do not know if I will ever meet Mr. John Gredler, winner of the 2012 Talking Writing Prize for Nature Writing. What I do know is viewing his words and image at the end of a long day was a lovely, calming respite. If you’re in need, check it out. 😉

I recommend Kathleen Jamie’s excellent essays, she has written two collections Findings and Sightlines. I have just finished reading the former and it was like taking a walk in the great outdoors itself. As a photographer, you will n doubt also relate to her desire to just see without analysing. Your photos of nature are also very beautiful and calming.
