   This lovely photo reminds me so much of “Papa”, my lovely grandfather. He could make anything grow. He was the person who stuck toothpicks into an avocado seed, suspended it in water, and grew a tree. His African violets were always in bloom. I’m not sure that’s what your plant is, but this brings his flowers back to me in a way that’s got me welling up with happy memories. Thanks.
