Pretty cool! They look sort of mythic. I have garlic scapes in a vase: sometimes you can get a tiny head of garlic to grow. If that happens, I’ll bring it to you for the camera.
Beautiful photos and the potatoes look scrumptious. They look like baby potatoes, and they are! Lightly boiled, (or not), cut in thin slices, lightly browned in butter with some onion and rosemary … salted with coarse salt… Now that I have seen these I’ll put new potatoes on my grocery list!
