I’ve got to get better at labeling my photos but this was indeed the 16th photo that I saved after a quick photo walk through the office park in Woburn, MA. It is a tight image of a small pool of water in a field. The sun was shining bright but then a cloud passed over.

A friend just shared the extended trailer for the movie Cloud Atlas, based on the novel by David Mitchell. After only thirty seconds of viewing, I knew the trailer was all the excuse I needed to share some cloud photos. Mostly taken in the Greater Boston area. Enjoy!

So, while my creative procrastination most recently was photographing a plum, I think today it will most certainly be an afternoon walk with my camera pointed at the sky. Hmmm, that’s probably why my family worries about me when I’m crossing the road. 😉

Have I shared these images of the Blue Ridge Parkway? The older I grow the more I realize how growing up in the foothills of the Blue Ridge has influenced my behavior and perceptions of the world.
